Children's Ministry

Following Jesus with Children

Bendigo Baptist Church’s Children’s Ministry is a part of our larger Generations Ministry, partnering with families as they take the lead role in discipling their children. Providing tools and resources that equip families to leverage the rhythms of ordinary life, so that children can discover the extra-ordinary life offered in Jesus.

We believe that discipleship is ongoing, begins at birth and happens best in families. We Intentionally foster a sense of community amongst our families, supporting, learning from, and encouraging each other. 

We want all children to belong to a larger loving community. One where they will be encouraged to have a sense of wonder about God, and to encounter His amazing love for themselves. Both Campuses welcome children into our worship services, encouraging their involvement in all that we do. We believe they play an important role in church life.  

We believe that every stage of childhood offers unique opportunities for children to discover God for themselves, to find how they fit into God’s big story, how they can relate to Him and His world. Our programs offer large group teaching and small group discipleship. The teaching is interactive, and engaging, as we believe that fun is crucial to learning. Our small groups provide space for our children to see how God’s truth applies to them and to explore what it looks like lived out.
